The Town ofRye Sewer Commission is seeking a qualified contractor to establish a Sewer Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment. Proposals/Qualifications Statements shall be submitted by firms that are capable and have demonstratable background in the aspects of work described in the Scope of Services ofthis RFP/RFQ. Firms submitting Proposals/Qualifications Statements must be licensed to practice engineering in the State of New Hampshire. Any questions regarding this RFP/RFQ may be addressed to Lee Arthur, Sewer Director, sewer@town.rye.nh.us with "RFP/RFQ Question - Sewer Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment" in the subject line. All questions shall be received by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16,2025, and their corresponding responses will be issued as an addendum to this RFP/RFQ on the Town ofRye's website. Prospective consultants shall be solely responsible for obtaining all questions and answers related to this RFP/RFQ. The Town of Rye Sewer Commission reserves the right to reject any and all submissions for whatever reason is determined to be in the best interest ofthe town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
