Bid Intent - Not Available Bid Bond - 5 % The County of Kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced Contractors for the flooring improvements project per the plans and specifications at the Kane County Circuit Clerk Building, located in St. Charles, IL. This is an all-inclusive project and services per specifications and drawings for the Kane County Building Management Department. The County of Kane reserves the right at any time and for any reason to cancel this Invitation for Bids, accept or reject any or all bids or any portion thereof, or accept an alternate bid. The County reserves the right to waive any immaterial defect in any bid. Unless otherwise specified by the bidder or the County, the County has one hundred twenty (120) days to accept. The County may seek clarification from any bidder at any time and failure to respond promptly is cause for rejection.
