Asphalt Walkway Replacement - Cassidy Park A 10% Bid Bond is required, and is to be included with the Bid Proposal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond within ten (10) days of formal Award of Contract. The general prevailing rate of wage for the Peoria area shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract or perform this work as required by the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Additionally, it is required that provisions of the Illinois Preference Act, the Illinois Drug Free Workplace Act, and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act must be adhered to. Bidders are also advised that contract documents for this project include the nondiscrimination, equal opportunity and affirmative action provisions in the Human Rights Act and rules and regulations of the Department of Human Rights.
