Banner Elementary - Piping Upgrades Dunlap CUSD 323 is inviting sealed bid proposals from interested and qualified parties for Banner Elementary Piping Upgrades located at 12610 N Allen Rd, Dunlap, IL 61525 This project consists of replacement of the 2-pipe system; pipe mains throughout the building with piping located and sized similar to current conditions. Providing new sectional valves as requested to isolate portions of building and expansion compensation for new piping. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders are required to register for this project and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to receive a username and password to access, view and print the Bidding Documents. Electronic Bidding Document access will only be provided to interested bidding companies and/or bidding equipment companies. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
