Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The Project for which the Procurement of materials under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only part generally described as follows: Furnish and Deliver all equipment and materials required for the installation of the sprinkler system as designed by EH Griffith Inc. This system utilizes [83] Toro Sprinklers, conduit, wire, water piping, valving, pipe cleaner/solvent; lateral tees, swing joints; barb elbows, thrust blocks, gravel, sand, grounding rod, grounding plate, ground grate, rebar, riser pipes, 12-circuit sub-panel, circuit breakers, grass seed, fertilizer, mulch, and project funding signage as shown on the design drawings and contract documents. The Center Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any defects or irregularities in the Bids, and to accept any Bid which, in its judgment, is for its best interest. Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening. No Bids may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled time of the closing of bids.
