Gibson, St., Warrenton, GA, 30828. The building was previously used as a Learning Center, now to serve as the City Hall and Police Department for the City of Warrenton. The work consists of interior renovations of the building and reconfiguring several rooms to serve new uses. Renovations include limited demolition, new partitions, replacing flooring and ceiling tiles. All rooms and doors are to be painted. Two windows will be replaced with structural framing and brick to match the building.
