Renovation of a municipal facility in Warrenton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,374-square-foot municipal facility.

**As of July 14, 2025, the project was awarded to SD Clifton Construction HQ but the awarded amount is not available.** Bidders Questions Due Date: Monday, June 23, 2025, 3:00pm the renovation of an existing building, located at 158 W. Gibson, St., Warrenton, GA, 30828. The building was previously used as a Learning Center, now to serve as the City Hall and Police Department for the City of Warrenton. The work consists of interior renovations of the building and reconfiguring several rooms to serve new uses. Renovations include limited demolition, new partitions, replacing flooring and ceiling tiles. All rooms and doors are to be painted. Two windows will be replaced with structural framing and brick to match the building. The building was previously used as a Learning Center, now to serve as the City Hall and Police Department for the City of Warrenton. Questions will be answered until the date specified above and provided to all attendees of the Pre-Bid Conference. All questions regarding bid documents shall be sent to the same email address. NO questions will be answered via telephone. Any questions directed to the City of Warrenton, its staff or representative other than architect may result in the solicitor being disqualified from bidding. Bids shall include the following: 1. The total cost of the project and the estimated start date 2. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished and accompanied by: a. W-9 Form - completed signed and dated. b. Notarized E-Verify Contractor Affidavit c. Notarized SAVE Affidavit d. Occupational Tax Certificate e. General Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance Certificate - limit and liability of not less than $1,000,000. Add the City of Warrenton as additional insured. f. Worker's compensation Proof of Insurance g. Bid Bond on AIA Form to be no less than 5% of the base bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the schedule closing time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Only a bid submitted by a bidder on record with the Architect as having received the bid documents directly AND attended the mandatory pre-bid conference will be opened. The City of Warrenton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time. The City of Warrenton shall pay the contractor for performance of the work after completion and acceptance of the work by the City. Bidder's Questions Due Date: Monday, June 23, 2025, 3:00pm
