Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Reference Number 0000388602 Repair and separation of floor sink and garbage disposal sanitary line and or from grease interceptor line at Scott Elementary kitchen. Plans were drawn by engineer wrong in 1999 bond for floor sink and plumbing sub didn't RFI or catch issue. Garbage disposal was drawn correctly but got tied in to the grease interceptor line. Problematic locations have been determined and are marked on the plan. Locations will be specified during the pre-bid walk. Pricing to include all parts, materials and labor necessary to repair/separate 4" floor sink and garbage disposal from sanitary sewer and grease line at Scott Elementary. Contractor to tie floor sink back into grease interceptor line, and disposal into sanitary sewer. (Plans provided) Starting Date: July 1, 2025 Completion Date: July 31, 2025 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 %
