Site work and paving for a road / highway in Herndon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contracts: Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 3,334 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 8,200 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 1,223 Asphalt Prime Coat; 3,334 Asphalt Surface Treatment and 11,534 SY Asphalt FogSeal. Pave Contract Furnish and place approximately 81 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course: 160 Ton Asphalt Binder Course; 134 Ton 2A Subbase. Perform 149 CY Excavation. EDP Contract Furnish and place approximately 8,000 Gal Dust Palliative, EDP. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
