Renovation of a municipal facility in Herndon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
sealed bids are requested for repairs to the Borough Building involving the following: Demo men/women bathroom; frame out bathroom to meet ADA compliance; steel frame door opening added to center of wall to have an opening of 36" in bathroom; remove old tile flooring; install new drywall plus frp board; install new tile floor; install trim; install new toilet; install new stink; install 6 LED lights/switch/receptables; remove CMU bearing wall and install new LVL beam Bids together with a bid bond of 10% of the total bid payable to "Herndon Borough" shall be submitted Herndon Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
