Project Duration Maintenance on going up to 5 year Contract Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 06/10/2025 12:00 PM (PDT) Scope of Services The City of Santa Barbara Creeks Division has constructed storm water quality improvements in the form of permeable paver systems at ten (10) sites that require regular cleaning to maintain desired functionality. The scope of work will describe the cleaning services required for the locations. The Contractor may visit the sites, which are accessible to the general public. The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
