Work includes demolition of existing pavement, docks, and utilities; installation of a new steel sheet pile bulkhead and concrete cap on the east wall; realignment of the north wall with a new helical anchor system and concrete cap; stormwater system improvements; utility reconstruction; and site restoration with new sidewalks, curbing, landscaping, and fender piles.
