This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to identify and contract with a qualified and experienced Design Professional to perform ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES for Thirty-Six (36) or Thirty-Eight (38) new residential units on Two (2) separate sites (18 or 19 units on each site). NO verbal requests for clarification of information will be accepted. ALL questions should be made in writing and sent via mail (1400 Kennedy Drive, Key West, FL 33040), email (sellersv@kwha.org), or hand delivery, by Tuesday, June 10, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. Appropriate questions will be answered, and any revisions to the RFQ will be provided in a written addendum by Friday, June 20, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. The MCHA reserves the right to reject any or all RFQ Response Packages, waive any informality(s) in the RFQ process, and award any party considered to be in the best interest of the MCHA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
