Renovation of a fire / police facility in Coos Bay, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a 5,265-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.
All bids rejected. Work for this project consists of Seismic Upgrades to the existing Eastside Fire Station building. Base bid work includes all work related to the seismic upgrade: removal of existing unreinforced masonry, concrete grade beams, micropiles, concrete shear walls, reinforcing existing diaphragms and openings, square tube steel, replacing the electrical service, reroofing over the existing building with standing seam metal roofing, insulation, gypsum board, flooring, painting, openings, and other finish work related to the structural upgrades.
