Sealed Bids Are Invited in a Single Contract Proposal for Work Consisting of Tear-off of Existing Metal Roof and Installation of a New Single-ply Pvc Roof With Tapered Rigid Insulation and Flashing Over 3/4 " Marine-grade Plywood Over Pressure Treated 2x6 Rafters. Roof is Approximately 11,200 Square Feet. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Cashier's Check Issued in Favor of the Owner or a Bid Bond Issued by a Bonding Company Acceptable to the Owner. Bid Security Must Be for 10% of the Amount of the Bid and Guarantee Bids for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After Bid Opening. The Coos Bay - North Bend Waterboard May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding by the Coos Bay - North Bend Waterboard That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
