The feasibility study will be a comprehensive analysis of the proposed housing project and provide guidance to the community of whether or not this site is viable. This feasibility study is a crucial preliminary step toward securing additional funding and advancing the necessary infrastructure improvements if the site is deemed suitable. As such all questions, shall be directed to Jennifer Wirsing, at jwirsing@coosbayor.gov. Prior to contact, please review the General Information regarding Additional Information Requests, located on Page 6 of the RFP. Answers to all questions will be posted online and made available to all firms intending to submit a proposal package. The City of Coos Bay reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the proposal it considers most favorable to the City's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
