Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in La Barge, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of the Following Work: Demolition of Existing Building, Removal/retention of Existing Mechanical & Electrical Components, Installation of New Structure and Related Mechanical and Electrical Work. Each Bidder Will Be Required to Submit, With His Proposal, a Certified Check, or Bid Bond Made Payable Without Condition to the Town of Labarge in the Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price as Guarantee That Such Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract Within Fifteen (15) Days After the Date of the Owner's Notice of Award. Preference Will Be Given to Resident Wyoming Contractors in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Low Bid in Accordance With Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, Et. Seq. Town of Labarge Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Any Part of Any Bid, to Waive Any Formality in Any Bid, as Its Best Interest May Appear. Contractors Are Encouraged to Visit the Site Prior to Submitting Bids.
