Whitman Drive Multiuse Pathway. City Council Approval/Notice of Award August 12, 2025 The City of College Place (City) is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the West Whitman Multiuse Pathway Project. The W. Whitman Multiuse Pathway project will include design and right-of-way acquisition, preparation of bid documents, cultural, and environmental evaluations, contract administration and construction engineering services. The W. Whitman Multiuse Pathway Project includes design and right-of-way acquisition from SW Davis Ave to SW Academy Way to fill a major gap in the Whitman Drive Multiuse Path. The Multiuse Path will be a 10 foot wide asphalt and/or concrete multiuse path. The qualifications shall be structured to address required elements as described below. Funding and Project Component Considerations This project is federally funded through the Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) program with City of College Place matching funds. This project is subject to a zero percent Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for consultants on the project.
