Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in College Place, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of College Place is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for two (2) separate SRTS Projects labeled as the Davis Elementary and the Sager Middle School. The successful consultant/team will prepare Design, ROW Acquisition, Project Management for the SRTS Projects. Both Projects will consist of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, RRFB's, ADA Ramps and bulb outs, there could potentially be water, sewer, storm improvements and stairs and hand rail, and road improvements. College Place staff will not answer questions directly, but will collect questions asked at the pre-submittal conference and via email/phone. Questions submitted after the August 18th deadline will not be answered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
