The City of Stillwater is requesting qualifications and proposals from responsible, reliable, and responsive construction contracting firms interested in and eligible for providing pre-construction support services and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the new Stillwater Animal Welfare Facility. The selected CMAR firm will work in collaboration with the Owner and the project Architect/Engineer during the design and construction phases. The project Architect is Barrett L. Williamson Architects, along with its team of subconsultants. A Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract will be negotiated following the qualifications-based selection process.
