CONTRACT 125 consists of the construction of a Flash mix and the installation of apre-selected settling unit including slab,yard piping, valves, electrical, etc. to provide a complete and operational settlingunit. This project is being supported withTreasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding.Therefore, certain restrictions and other federalrequirements attach to this opportunity. The allotted time for construction is 210calendar days. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidderwill be required to furnish a performancebond in the amount of his bid and shall,before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of theTown of Tracy City. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 daysafter the scheduled time for receipt of bidsthereof. The owner reserves the right to waive anyinformalities or to reject any or all bids. Town of Tracy City hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that inany contract entered into pursuant to thisadvertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminatedagainst on the grounds of race, color, sex,or national origin in consideration for anaward.
