Site work for a mixed-use development in Tracy City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of the design and construction of an ADA-accessible paved multi-use path, a pedestrian bridge structure spanning an existing stream, a trail extension along Douglas Street right-of-way to Colyar Street, and all associated grading, drainage, signage, and incidental work. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms. The successful bidder must provide the required insurance and be a licensed contractor in Tennessee for the applicable classification(s) of work. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw a bid for 60 days after the opening of bids.
