SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. The project involves earthwork, culvert replacement, and restoration. C. Description of Alternates 1. Alternate1:2 Culvert Fill and Downstream Boulders Alternate 1: Bid Item-(2 Culvert Fill and Downstream Boulders) Add 2 depth of uniformly graded 12 minus aggregate material to entire length and width inside lower culvert. Add a V shaped line of full size salvaged boulders from stone culvert to the downstream edge of splash basin, perpendicular to stream flow and with an 8 lowered channel in the middle for stream flow.
