"2025 Msas Improvement Project" and Each and Every Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Cash Deposit, Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check for Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of Such Bid, Payable to the City, to Be Forfeited to the City in Case the Successful Bidder Fails to Enter Into Contract and to Furnish Satisfactory Bond Within Ten (10) Days After Acceptance of Such Bid. Approximate Quantities of Work Include: 21 Each Repair Expansion Bearing, 225 Ton Granular Filter Material, 233 Ton Random Riprap Class Iii, 1,485 Ton Random Riprap Class Iv, 71 Cu Yd Revet Mattress. The Bid Will Remain Subject to Acceptance for 45 Days After the Day of Bid Opening. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid by the Contractors Have Been Determined and Are Subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.l. 87-581 and Implementing Regulations.
