Q&A and addendas if applicable, will be posted on the city's website at cityofalice.org under the procurement section, under bids, and emailed to those who submitted. The Complete Bid Package May Be Obtained From Desiree Canchola, Grants Department, via Email at Desiree.canchola@cityofalice.org Bids Received After the Closing Date Will Be Returned Unopened. 1. Removal and replacement of suspended ceiling tile - 2' x 4' as needed throughout the building 2. Removal and replacement of carpet on all three floors of the building a. Floor preparation must be conducted (scrape adhesive residue) b. Removal of base molding - rubber or vinyl, 4" high c. Cove base molding - rubber or vinyl, 4" high 3. Painting areas as per inspection of the site 4. Ductwork - hot or cold air (per room) as inspected on site
