Site work for a civil project in Fairbury, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Sta. 13+15 Build 10' x 10' x 46' Concrete Box Culvert. Special Plan 1. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 60 calendar days for completion of the work. The Jefferson Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities. Awarding of the Contract will be in accordance with the provisions of "Competitive Bidding; Consideration'', County purchasing act, N.R.S. Sections 23-3101 through 23-3114, any competitive bidding requirements of Nebraska Statutes 16-321, et. seq. The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will, at their discretion, award the contract based on the lowest or best bid.
