Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stigler, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The Project consists of the construction of multiple box hangars and site work (earthwork, paving and drainage improvements). Doc Note : Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the Garver online Plan Holders List; therefore, all Bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the Garver online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in Article 3.01 of the Bid Form to verify receipt. It is our understanding that the City of Stigler is planning to construct up to four new box hangars, three on the west side the taxiway and one on the east side of the taxiway, as indicted in Figure 1, Boring Location Diagram. Associated aprons to provide access to the taxiway will also be constructed as part of the project. Based on the plans 'Exhibit B: Bore Locations' provided by Garver and dated February 18, 2025, the hangars on the west side of taxiway will have an approximate footprint of 2,000 square feet while the hanger on the east side of the taxiway will have an approximate footprint of 4,000 square feet. SITE DESCRIPTION The general site vicinity is shown on the top right corner of the Figure 1, Boring Location Plan. The project site is generally flat and is located in a relatively open area around the existing taxiway. Runway 17-35 is located approximately 520 feet (centerline to centerline) east of the existing taxiway. A recently constructed existing hangar is located to the north of the project site. Underground utilities were not marked at site at the time of our drilling operations. Additional utilities that were not marked at the time of drilling should be anticipated during construction.
