Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via Designated Website The Project includes the following Work: Raw Watermain Improvements. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids for the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids.
