Description

Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Stigler, Oklahoma. Completed plans call civil work for an office development.

Sealed proposals are requested to perform the demolition of the County Clerk Building in Haskell County, Oklahoma. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include executed copies of the Non-Collusion and Business Relationship Affidavits, as well as other documents listed in the Construction Documents. Each bidder must also submit a Bidder’s Bond as required by the Oklahoma State Competitive Bidding Act, in an amount no less than five percent of the largest combination of the Base Proposal and any Alternates, in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit, cashier’s check, or bid bond. Cash is not acceptable. All such bonds shall be made payable to the Owner. Bids not in compliance with the Construction Documents will be rejected. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty calendar days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any bids received.
