Reference Number 0000388733 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Keystone (hereinafter referred to as "Town") is seeking proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to provide construction management and general contractor services for the construction of a segment of Keystone Ranch Road, beginning at the Intersection of Soda Ridge Road and continuing to Saw Whisker Circle in Keystone, CO. Scope of Work: The Town is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to construct the roadway and provide general contractor services. The Scope of Work includes the following: 1. Preconstruction Services - Design Review: Contractor shall review the plans and provide any comments, recommendations, and value engineering. Contractor shall work with Town staff to discuss any comments, changes, or recommendations for the design. Contractor shall attend meetings with Town , provide support for any utility relocation/abandonment work with utility agencies, and work to procure construction materials. 2. Preconstruction Services - Coordination with Developer: Contractor shall work with the Town to coordinate work phasing (if needed), schedule, and other construction coordination details. 3. Construction: Contractor shall complete the construction and construction management for all work needed to complete the project as shown in the project construction plans Exhibit A. Work includes demolition of current roadway, grading and drainage, traffic control, and construction of new roadway. Additional work items include: a. Coordination between the Town and Contractor throughout project and attendance at meetings. b. The project funding is locally funded.
