We will then proceed to Academy International Elementary School, 8550 Charity Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920, then to Academy Endeavor Elementary School, 3475 Hampton Park Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920, then to Explorer Elementary School, 4190 Bardot Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920, and then to Prairie Hills Elementary School 8025 Telegraph Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920. Academy District 20 is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace restroom sinks at four locations. Detailed information is provided in Attachment E: Scope of Work. Proposals should address the requirements and will be evaluated based on the information provided. There is a mandatory pre-proposal conference/job walk for the project at specified school locations. Instructions for submitting proposals include marking the offer clearly with the RFP identifier and sending it to the designated contact email address. The proposal must adhere to the schedule outlined in the instructions. Description: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, trash disposal and dumpsters, storage containers, and all other items needed for a complete project to complete restroom upgrades as indicated in the scope of work for each location. The scope of work for these restroom upgrade projects will be as follows: Foothills Elementary School: o Restroom #1: No work in this restroom. This restroom is shown as an example of the finishes desired in other restrooms at this location. o Restroom Area 2: o Remove and properly dispose of existing floor tile, sinks, urinals, toilets, toilet partitions, mirrors, all dispensers, and grab bars. Save dispensers and grab bars for reuse. o Prep floors as required to allow for installation on new floor tile. Provide and install new floor tile (approximately 12" x 24"). Colors to selected by owner. o Prep existing CMU wall to accept new tile. Provide and install new wall tile (approximately 6" x 6" glazed) from floor to ceiling. o Repair existing drywall ceiling to accept new paint. Paint existing drywall ceiling with 2 coats of paint.
