The Northwestern Division Crane Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is a construction/supply hybrid contract supporting crane-related projects across five districts: Portland, Seattle, Walla Walla, Kansas City, and Omaha. Task orders will focus on the construction, rehabilitation, supply, and replacement of various crane types and lifting equipment at Civil Works projects within the division's area of responsibility, which includes Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming. Equipment includes overhead bridge cranes (15-600 tons), overhead gantry cranes (15-480 tons), underhung monorail cranes (5-25 tons), pedestal cranes, derrick cranes (10-200 tons), below-the-hook devices, and base/wall mounted jib hoists/booms. Rehabilitation work may involve repairing or upgrading crane components such as hoist machinery, motors, brakes, wire rope, load blocks, control systems (VFDs and PLCs), structural elements, and safety features. Tasks may also include hazardous material removal, painting, inspections, testing, and documentation. Contractors may be required to perform design-build or design-bid-build services and act as the Engineer of Record. Task orders will range in magnitude from $1 million to $100 million and require 100% performance and payment bonding. All work must comply with USACE guidance and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The solicitation will follow a Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedure and be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis. Task orders under the MATOC will fall under the following magnitudes with 100% performance and payment bonding required for construction efforts: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
