Other Details Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, prequalification of the prime contractor (bidder), and of its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ("MEP") subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46), is required for the bidder to submit a bid on this project. Prospective bidders and their MEP subcontractors (1) are required to submit to the Owner a completed prequalification questionnaire and financial statement, on forms provided by the Owner, no later than ten business days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids, and (2) must be announced as prequalified no later than five business days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids. Anticipated Award Date is Monday June 23, 2025 Base bid shall include all work outlined in this Bid Number, Specifications and Drawings. LATH, PLASTER AND DRYWALL: 1. Provide caulking/sealants where gypsum board assemblies abut other assemblies, including acoustic or rated sealants as required. 2. Provide Lath, Plaster and all accessories required for a complete and finished product. 3. Provide all metal stud framing of walls, ceilings, soffits, and pony walls. 4. Provide gypsum board systems, including attachments, accessories, taping, finishes and prep coat of the gyp board. 5. Provide insulation of all walls, exterior walls, and ceilings as noted on drawings or called out in specifications. 6. Patch all interior and exterior finishes where stairs, landings, walls, windows and doors will be removed. Coordinate removal of plaster lath with Demolition contractor, leaving material as required to tie in new lath material and blend patch with existing surface. Match texture of adjacent interior and exterior surfaces. 7. Provide code required marking and identification of rated assemblies if applicable. 8. Provide high impact/abuse resistant gypsum board where indicated on the plans or in the specifications. 9. Provide correctly-sized rough openings and all backing/blocking required for installation of new windows per approved shop drawings provided by Window/Glass and Glazing contractor. 10. Provide grouting repair if necessary, top, bottom and sides of window after installation of window system. 11.
