Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,564-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for paving for a military facility.

This project is covered by Davis-Bacon wage requirements, and all workers must comply with applicable security and base access protocols. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials (new and current), equipment, tools, transportation, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary for the full ion of a new 24,564 SF Vehicle Maintenance Shop, site work, utility connections, paving, and related improvements at the Bakersfield Readiness Center. The project includes: Structural steel framed VMS building HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, lighting, and telecom systems Sustainable building components and PV-ready roof design Site work: excavation, paving, curbs/gutters/sidewalks, grading, drainage Organizational and POV parking Specialty facilities: flammable materials and controlled waste storage, vehicle wash rack, 15-ton crane, fluid distribution system, loading dock Interior finishes, furnishings, signage, and commissioning Work must comply with all Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards, safety regulations (EM 385-1-1), submittal protocols, and cybersecurity guidelines.
