Work shall include cold planing of the existing pavement. Other items include construction of new pavement using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (R-HMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), installation of pavement striping and markings, including MMA Green Bike Lane striping, traffic detector loops, modification of existing curbs and gutters, access ramps to meet current ADA standards, and adjustment of water valves, manholes, and monuments.
