Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-03-24 which closed on July 25, 2024. A summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the removal of existing concrete bridge, retaining wall, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, dredging of creek bed and supply and installation of precast concrete culvert, construction retaining walls, approach slab, distribution slab, sidewalk, riprap, roadway, retaining walls, culvert, and consists of approximately: - 650 square meters of road construction - 12 linear meters of concrete retaining wall - 180-square meter of riprap - 13 linear meters of culvert replacement - 14 linear meters of railing - 50 linear meters of Guide rails - 12 linear meters of Chain link fence - 21 linear meters of 900mm Storm sewer replacement - 5 linear meters of 1050mm Storm sewer replacement Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca
