Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details: The Site of the Work for Mountain View Waterline (Segment C) begins near the intersection of Apex Power Parkway and Garnet Valley Boulevard, terminating approximately 9,800 linear feet southeast along Apex Power Parkway to Grand Valley Parkway. The Site of Work for Mountain View Waterline (Segment A) begins near the midpoint of APN 103-10-099-003 Public Right-of- Way, traveling northeast towards the intersection of Grand Valley Parkway and U.S. Highway 93, and terminating approximately 6,200 linear feet southeast along the U.S. Highway 93 Frontage Road. The Work for Mountain View Waterline (Segment C) consists of installation of approximately 9,819 linear feet of 24-inch diameter ductile iron waterline, fiber optic conduit, and associated appurtenances. Additionally, it includes 735 linear feet of 42-inch steel casing, 39 linear feet of 48-inch steel casing, and a 12-inch by 8-inch by 2-inch PRV vault assembly, complete with associated appurtenances, electrical, and piping. NV Energy 4-inch conduit, and pull boxes will also be installed as part of this Contract. Other components of the Work include pavement, traffic control signage, and striping removal and replacement, final soil stabilization, construction of a maintenance access path, construction of maintenance access shoulders, concrete cut off walls, rip rap, traffic and dust control measures, and all other appurtenant work. The Work for Mountain View Waterline (Segment A) consists of installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 24-inch diameter ductile iron waterline, fiber optic conduit, and associated appurtenances. Additionally, it includes 78 linear feet of 42-inch steel casing, 403 linear feet of 48-inch steel casing. NV Energy 6-inch conduit and pull boxes will also be installed as part of this Contract.
