**As of February 3rd, 2026, the project was awarded to Halme Excavating, with an awarded amount of $1,568,324.80** The Contractor Shall Furnish and Install Approximately 6706 Feet of 8, 6, and 4-inch Diameter Ductile Iron Water Main With Associated Fire Hydrants, Valves, Appurtenances, Fittings and Pavement Restoration; and Other Work, All in Accordance With the Attached Contract Plans, These Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The City of Vancouver is Committed to Providing Equal Opportunities to State of Washington Certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises in Contracting Activities. The Contract Work Shall Be Physically Complete Within 75 Working Days From the Notice to Proceed. Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That in Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award.
