Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 300-square-foot municipal facility.

The project includes converting an existing storage room to new office space, replacing fixtures and finishes throughout the building, including bathrooms and kitchen. Individuals attending the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be required to furnish and utilize safety equipment to include reflective clothing (or vest) and sturdy shoes in accordance with Washington State Labor and Industries guidance. Questions must be submitted via the Port of Vancouver online system no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The work under the contract shall be substantially completed by October 1, 2025. If you obtain this Bid from a source other than the Port of Vancouver's online system, you will not be on record as a plan holder. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure the firm has received a complete solicitation package found at online . Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly stating the name of the bidder, the date of the bid opening, and appropriate wording to indicate the nature of the contents. Do not send bids by FAX or email. Bids submitted via FAX or email will not be accepted. The Port of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to the State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises in contracting activities. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Port of Vancouver. The Port of Vancouver reserves the right to cancel this invitation or reject any and all bids submitted or to waive any minor formalities of this call if, in the judgment of the Port Commissioners, the best interests of the Port would be served. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. If it is determined to be in the best interests of the Port, the Port reserves the right to request an extension of bid prices during the review process. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
