Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: Provincetown Drive Sidewalk involves the construction of approximately 1,700 LF of concrete sidewalk from S Providence Road to approximately 470 feet west of Ruthers Rd. The work will include clearing, grading, milling and asphalt paving, erosion & sediment control, signage, pavement markings, concrete sidewalk, high visibility crosswalks and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Contractors must be on VDOT's current Pre-qualified list at the time/ date set for the opening of bids in order to be eligible for this contract.
