3283 - Demolition Services - Ashland Hotel The purpose of this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") is to solicit sealed bids through the competitive bidding process on behalf of the Town of Ashland, Virginia (referred herein "County") to obtain the services of a qualified, experienced, and competent deconstruction company to perform demolition services performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions herein. : The building was constructed in 1972 located in the Town of Ashland, address: 103 North Hill Carter Parkway, Ashland, VA 23005 (Parcel #: 7880-21-0762). The building is a dilapidated two-story hotel consisting of approximately 68,054 sf with the primary structure constructed of concrete masonry unit walls with cast in place concrete floors, and the roof assumed to be in place with insulation and EPDM applied above. Additionally, the location includes a swimming pool of approximately 1,100 sf with pool deck of approximate 3,700 sf.
