Qualified firms to provide janitorial services daily Monday through Friday at VDOT Interstate Maintenance Office Trailer located at 10267 Telegraph Road, Ashland, VA 23005. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Janitorial services daily Monday - Friday. The location where the service will be provided is at VDOT Interstate Maintenance Trailer at 10267 Telegraph Road, Ashland, VA 23005. The trailer is 1,440 square feet with two (2) bathrooms, two (2) enclosed offices, and a large open area with small kitchenette, cubicles and two (2) small closets. Each bathroom is roughly four (4) square feet. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From July 1, 2025, or award date if later through a one (1) year period (renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Tracey Higgins at tracey.higgins@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 3:00PM EST/EDT on May 23, 2025
