Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
Summary : Construct a trail footbridge as per the attached drawings and specifications at Poor Farm Park located at 13400 Liberty Schools Rd, Ashland, VA 23005. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct/install the footbridge. 2.2 The Contractor is responsible for all site prep deemed necessary to complete the work. The Contractor shall always keep the property and adjacent areas free from accumulations of debris. At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all work-related debris, leaving the work area clean from rubbish. 2.3 The Contractor will have 60 days to complete construction of the footbridge after award. Typical work hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or other times as agreed to by the County. Work schedule will be discussed prior to initiation of work. The County further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the County that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein
