Based on the overall concepts used for obtaining ministerial authorizations, studies conducted to establish the requirements of the St. Francis Bay Shoreline Stabilization Project and agreements with government agencies, the firm must cover, but not be limited to:Identification of project needs; Updating and/or drawing up plans and specifications; Splitting the project; Obtaining environmental permits; Estimated project costs; Technical assistance during the tender period; Monitoring work on site and in the office; Issue of provisional and final approval certificates; Production of a statement; The firm will be accompanied by the City throughout the process in order to meet the criteria established during the subsequent phases and facilitate communication with stakeholders involved in the project (organizations, City partners, scientific committees and others). The firm must be highly flexible in order to provide services within a short time frame when required and in the following areas: In park and infrastructure development; In the management of contaminated soils and sediments; Concrete structure and dock; In geotechnics; In electrical engineering; In biology; Monitoring of suspended materials;
