The Contractor will provide bridge maintenance and repair the Keith Rd Bridge over Little Tiger Creek (Structure #047-0050-0) in Catoosa County, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide a bid that consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment. The Contractor shall include maintenance repair of superstructure, substructure, deck rehabilitation, painting, timber piling repair/replacement, steel beam repair, misc. concrete repair, bridge railing repair and a guardrail addition. Substantial Completion of the Project shall be One-Hundred Eighty (180) Days from Notice to Proceed with a Sixty (60) Day full closure and detour limitation. Contractor will be assessed Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day of overrun for failure to complete the project on schedule. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
