Site work for a water / sewer project in Rogue River, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of approximately 700 lf of 8-inch ductile iron water main, re-establishing 8 water services, installation of a new fire hydrant assembly, connections and abandonment of water main, reestablish paving section, and other appurtenances. Project related questions shall be received no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 5:00PM. Insurance is required. The resulting public works contract is subject to prevailing wage rates per ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Bidders must be licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and comply with City of Rogue River's Municipal Code. A State Contractors Bond and a Surety Bid Bond are required. This is considered an intermediate procurement under ORS 279 B. A performance and payment bond for 100% of the bid is required per ORS 279C.380 (5) if the bid is over $100,000 as well as 1 st Tier Subcontractor form.
