Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Nicholson, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
SCOPE: It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract with a Contractor to provide all material, labor, and equipment to construct a pre-engineered 50' X 80' metal building installation that will be located at 225 Lakeview Dr, Nicholson, GA 30565 also known as The Nicholson City Public Works Shop. Bid envelope should be marked on the outside with name of Bidder, date, and time of opening. One unbound original and one (1) copy should be submitted. The City of Nicholson will require the Contractor to begin work within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the contract award letter / purchase order, and complete the work within 120 calendar days thereafter. If this schedule cannot be met, bidder must state number of days required to complete the project. Failure to state completion time obligated bidder to complete project by the City's requested date. Extended delivery dates may be considered when in the best interest of the city. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason at all.
