Rebid 1 - Water Based Deluge Fire Protection System Description: The Contractor shall install, connect and activate a fully functional automatic Water Based Deluge Fire Protection System (FPS). The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel and per diem and any other costs necessary to complete the services at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program, located at California State Prison, Solano (SOL), 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, CA, 95696.
