Utility Improvements for Eastland, Phase 5. The Developer, Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 12 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, accompany each Bid. Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 12 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Construction Sequence: Grading Activities expected to begin June 2025 with substantial completion expected in September 2025. Deadline 06/16/2025
