Bidders shall be prequalified pursuant to Ordinance No. 26,614 approved by the City Council on December 8, 2020, or qualified as otherwise specified in the Bidding Documents. All affidavits and certifications identified and listed herein as Bidding Documents shall be properly executed and accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bids electronically deposited more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered. The OKLAHOMA CITY AIRPORT TRUST reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the date and time provided within the Estimated Timeline via Microsoft Teams. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not pre-requisite for a bidder to be considered to be prequalified for contract award. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the RFB and Bid Documents, explain and answer any questions concerning the RFB and to receive any requests for amendment to the RFB as suggested by interested Bidders. Trust makes no assurances that any such requested amendments will be incorporated into the RFB. In order to assure you have credit for attendance, at the beginning of the meeting, you will be required to provide your information to the Airport designated representative conducting the meeting. Trust is not bound by any oral statements made at the pre-bid meeting. The TRUST may require up to forty-five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that, for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no business be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
