The Pre-qualification area/s acceptable for this project are as follows: Building contractor "A". A cashier"s check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond payable to the OKLAHOMA CITY AIRPORT TRUST in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bid Security will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders. The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificate(s) of insurance within ten (10) days of written notification of the Award of Contract to Bidder. The TRUST may require up to forty-five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract. Bids electronically deposited more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered.
